On Sunday 13th November, East London Hockey Club launched their very own Flyerz Hockey sessions, supported by Access Sport.

Sunday 13th November, East London Hockey Club opened their doors to welcome anyone who wished to have a go at the exciting sport of hockey, regardless of disability, impairment or any additional needs.

The Flyerz movement began in 2011 and seeks to support hockey clubs across England to become more inclusive. Access Sport are proud to have so far established 11 Flyerz hockey clubs.

We are also delighted to have the support of the women's hockey team, particularly historic gold medal winning Captain Kate Richardson-Walsh who said:

"Hockey is a fantastic game for everyone to play. Forest Flyerz, Access Sport, and England Hockey are working hard to make sure that this is the case wherever you live in England".
