Dawn leads on the Better Futures Project in London, which aims to use sport as a tool for education and training. The team are currently implementing the new ‘Use it Pathway’ which mentors individuals, managing their journey from an initial Sports Leaders award through to work experience and further qualifications, in order to better their prospects for future employment.

Dawn comes from a strong Sport Development background having previously worked for The Football Association in various club development roles. She worked for Everton Football Club in Shanghai China where she led on the development of the first ever Disability Schools Programme. She has also worked for Liverpool and Tranmere Rovers football clubs in Merseyside.

Dawn has a passion for sport development and using youth development to engage with young people from all walks of life.

In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music and going to see it performed live.
