Katie Laffey Katie is the Club Development Officer for Access Sport Bristol. Throughout her role she is working across all the projects of Access Sport, which include Making Trax Cycling, Disability Inclusion and Team 100. She is also helping assist coaching with some of the BMX sessions on a weekly basis alongside running the Bristol Flyerz inclusive hockey sessions. Katie is a placement student from the University of Bath studying Bsc Health and Exercise Science. She is a keen hockey player and enjoys a range of other sports such as Volleyball, Netball and rock climbing. Katie also posts about her experiences on Instagram on living with a profound hearing loss, wearing a cochlear implant and being a type 1 diabetic, using these experiences to help others and understand more of what challenges people face.
