Who is the training suitable for?

The Disability Inclusion Training is suitable for;

Even if you have no/little experience in either sport or disability but want to support more disabled people to be active, this course is a great introduction to support you.

How is it delivered?

We can deliver our disability inclusion training;

  • In Person* – one of our disability inclusion team will deliver the 3 hour workshop at your community club/organisation
  • Online through zoom – our interactive training is delivered via Zoom by one of our disability inclusion team for a 2 ½ hour workshop

We recommend that 6-16 people attend a workshop to get the most out of it. However, if you are a smaller group, or an individual get in touch and we can pair you up with other groups!

* Our in person deliver is subject to government advice and will be aligned with Government guidelines.

How much does it cost?

The course is subsidised for clubs and organisations who are supported by one of our projects.

For other organisations, the course is £25 per person, or £300 for a whole group (up to 16 people). If your organisation is interested in becoming part of one of our networks, we can discuss a subsidised rate.

What do participants say?

I am very grateful to have had the chance to go on this course, it has helped me see where changes in delivery can make it more inclusive.

I liked how the course has a positive, open can-do and problem-solving approach to inclusive coaching.
