Lizzie Edgecombe

Lizzie is a Development Manager for Access Sport’s Changing Places work focusing on Bristol and specialising in disability inclusion.

After graduating from Loughborough University with a first in BSc (Hons) Sport & Exercise Science, Lizzie spent 2 years working in New Zealand for the largest regional disability sports organisation, Parafed Auckland. Lizzie joined the Access Sport team in 2019 and has since supported over 30 clubs and organisations to offer disability inclusive sport and physical activity. She also leads on the developing Ignite Bristol Network.

In her spare time Lizzie spends most of her time outdoors, mountain biking, hiking and surfing. She also loves coaching the Bristol Flyerz Hockey sessions.
