With all club members apart and at home it can be difficult to feel motivated to exercise or be creative.

Access Sport has created activity plans to give clubs ideas on how to #StayInWorkOut. They have been designed especially for small spaces and to be inclusive of participants who may not have any equipment at home. If you are looking for adapted activities and exercises please visit our Inclusive Activities page.

These session plans can be used by the whole club together using a video call, or individuals can try them in their own homes. 


You should only undertake exercise if you are fit and well to do so. If at ANY point you feel unwell please seek medical advice. Access Sport will not be help responsible for any illness/injury caused by following this exercise programme.
