Jayde is the Inclusive Training Lead for Access Sport. She is passionate about empowering people to create inclusive environments for every individual, led by the wants and needs of participants, so that everyone can enjoy sport's transformational benefits.

Jayde's background spans sport, education and community development, with a diversity and inclusion focus. She has worked particularly with the LGBTIQ+ community, women and girls, and within areas of deprivation. Jayde is a trained PE teacher and has coached cricket, softball and a smattering of other sport for 15+ years. Prior to Access Sport, Jayde worked out of Lords Cricket Ground to increase access to cricket for underrepresented groups, and most recently co-founded an charity enhancing women and girls' experience of cricket.

Originally from Australia, Jayde is happiest on the beach or any water-based activity. In her spare time, she can normally be found on long walks with her Labrador, binging a box-set, or seeking the sun.
