Sophie Epsley

Sophie is the Changing Places London Programme Leader and is focused on supporting the strategic growth of Access Sport’s work across underserved communities in Greater London.

Sophie also leads on Access Sport’s Youth Board and volunteering work, supporting community clubs to have a diverse and representative volunteer workforce. Sophie has over 13 years’ experience working in sport, having studied sport and management at an undergraduate and postgraduate level. She is passionate about sport for change and ensuring that everybody has the same opportunity and accessibility to take part.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys keeping fit and watching and playing tennis.
