Shana Lord

Shana joined Access Sport in March 2024, as the Inclusive Club Network Manager. She’s passionate about using her love of sport to work with clubs across the UK to support them to become more inclusive and connect them with like-minded people.

Before joining Access Sport, Shana worked in various communications roles at Scotland based organisations such as, Scottish Families and Scottish Fairtrade Forum.

Outside of work Shana manages an inclusive football team in Glasgow, Queens Park Strangers FC, that offers mixed gender and ability football to people in her community. When she’s not on the football pitch she can be found hanging out with her wee dog, Tych.
