Our first Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Strategy sets out Access Sport's value, vision and commitment to create more inclusive community sport opportunities.

At Access Sport, we are on a journey to learn and empower people to ensure that no one is excluded from the transformational benefits of community sport.

As an organisation, we want to create an inclusive culture where our staff, board and volunteers feel like they belong, where differences are valued and we can all thrive to support the communities we serve. 

We will strive to lead by example through sharing our learnings and listening to the community organisations we work with. Our initial 3-year strategy will give us a strong foundation to review and develop our long-term EDI strategy from 2025.
