Within the Making Trax programme our coaches have been working hard to think of initiative ways to bring you some BMX and cycling goodness over this lockdown period. Although all practical delivery is currently paused, this doesn’t mean the learning has to stop!

We have created 3 courses that talk through off-bike subjects that can be done at home and will help you continue to develop your on-bike skills. Check out what's available below!

Bike Maintenance course details: Give your bike some much needed love and attention during this lockdown period. Sole Cycling Instructor Marc Malloy goes through 3 modules on the key steps that you need to take to ensure that your bike is in tip-top condition for those future summer rides.

BMX Fitness course details: We will take you through four different modules explaining how to get the most out of your body when you are preparing to ride and whilst riding. Join Azlee Manley, British Cycling Go Ride Coach & Level 4 strength & conditioning, to learn which muscles of our body you use when riding your bike as well as how to properly warm up, cool down and condition your body to improve your overall BMX ability.

BMX Mind & Body course details:

Support both mind and body through our mindful BMX strengthening and stretching sequence. Sarah Toone, UK Coaching Award Finalist & Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga, takes you through 2 modules that will help increase your awareness of the importance of managing your mindset for BMX.
