Inclusive Training and Learning

"The training has widened the perception of our coaches to do things that help the participant rather than make the participant fit the sport."

Our Training and Learning upskills community club coaches, volunteers and young leaders, as well as a wide range of sports sector organisations, to become the driving force for inclusive sport and physical activity.

We are passionate about creating a knowledgeable and confident workforce that can create welcoming environments and put inclusivity at the core of their delivery.

Why Access Sport?

We are experts in creating inclusive community sport offers and we are passionate about sharing this knowledge with those who are at the heart of sport and physical activity.

Our training offer currently includes:

  • Disability Inclusion
  • Neurodivergence Inclusion
  • Young Leaders.
