Charlotte Worthington MBE Charlotte Worthington became an Access Sport Ambassador in 2022 after winning Olympic gold at Tokyo 2021. Charlotte became one of the faces of Tokyo when she scooped BMX freestyle gold, becoming the first woman to land a 360-degree backflip in the process. Worthington became a full-time rider in 2019 after BMX freestyle was added to the Olympic programme.
