With over a decade of experience driving growth, partnerships and inclusion across the UK sport sector, she brings strategic vision and deep commitment to widening access for participants of all backgrounds. At British Equestrian, Mandana leads participation growth, insight, inclusion strategy, securing the resources that underpin grassroots engagement.

Mandana’s passion for Access Sport is personal, having experienced first-hand the confidence, friendships and life-lessons sport delivers, she is driven to remove barriers and create opportunities for every young person, regardless of background. An avid reader and an outdoor enthusiast, Mandana believes that sport and nature together foster resilience, confidence and joy.
