Tim was also the former legal adviser to London 2012 and General Counsel to England 2015 for the Rugby World Cup. Tim works as a Trustee for a selection of charities, aiming to improve opportunities and increase safety across London - in our case this is through sport. After several enjoyable years working at Sport England, in 2001 Grace co-founded leading leisure consultancy business, Continuum Sport and Leisure Ltd – where Grace currently acts as the Company Director. Grace specialises in working with clients on insight gathering, strategy and policy development, grant funding and facilities planning. She has notable experience of working with National Governing Bodies of sport, clubs, the education sector, local authorities, charities, and the private sector. Helen Killingley Expand Helen has 10 years' experience working in a variety of roles across the charitable sector. She first came across Access Sport during her time working extensively at London Youth Games across their community and school sport programmes as well as developing their volunteering and disability programmes. Following this, and her work at London 2012 she now works at the funding charity Spirit of 2012, a legacy from the Olympic and Paralympic Games. She is responsible for a managing a portfolio of grants gathering insights and data to monitor and evaluate their social impact on individuals and their communities. She has considerable experience across these areas and in systems improvement. Helen is a keen runner, cyclist and skier. She actively volunteers with GoodGym and recognises the power sport has to transform lives and not just for the athletes.

Lauren Toure Expand Lauren Touré (nee Finnegan) is a Senior Consultant for FI, bringing with her over 12 years’ experience within the diversity and social inclusion sector. Lauren has provided expert diversity and inclusion strategic advice, systems and policy guidance and contemporary training delivery to clients across the retail, legal, finance, STEM, government and charity sector, and most recently extended her portfolio of expertise by heading up HR Operations at public Health England to ensure that inclusive behaviours and leadership was at the very core of People strategy and systems. Lauren began her career within the charity sector, working with European Social Fund projects developing ground-breaking methodology and materials for supporting more disabled people into work. Lauren joined the London 2012 Organising Committee’s Diversity and Inclusion Team in 2009 to help them attract, recruit and train a record number of disabled volunteers by Games time. In addition to her Trustee position for Access Sport, Lauren supports unemployed disabled people through mentoring, workshops and talks. Lauren continues to work closely with Civil Service and Middlesex Business School’ colleagues on a voluntary basis for building diversity monitoring systems within multi-display government funded environments.
