Sophie Epsley

Sophie is the Changing Places London Development Manager and is focused on working in communities to support the development of more inclusive sports and activities for D/deaf and disabled young people and their families.

Sophie also leads on Access Sport’s volunteering work, supporting community clubs to have a diverse and representative volunteer workforce. Sophie has over 10 years’ experience working in sport, having studied sport at an undergraduate level and most recently completing a Masters in Sports Management MSc. She is passionate about sport and inclusion and ensuring that everybody has the opportunity and accessibility to take part. In her spare time, Sophie enjoys keeping fit, watching and playing tennis and cooking.
