Kevin Watts

Kevin is a Development Manager working on the Changing Sports basketball programme with a specific focus on disability inclusion. Kevin will be supporting the development, growth and sustainability of community basketball clubs and groups to enhance their offer to engage more disabled children and young people.

Kevin spent 6 years working for ‘activeNewham’ leading a team of staff in community sport and physical activity development, developing activity for people who live and work in Newham; he is especially proud of the pathway for young people with a disability to access sports and physical activity developed during his time in this role.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys cycling with his children, swimming and playing 5-a-side football. He also coaches a junior football team and has been coaching on and off for 20 years.
