Lois is a Community Coordinator within the Access Sport Birmingham team. A recent graduate of Loughborough University with a BSc in Sport Science, Coaching and Physical Education, she brings a strong foundation in grassroots sport and youth engagement to her role.

Before joining Access Sport, Lois completed a Sport Development Placement at the Youth Sport Trust, where she discovered her passion for using sport as a tool for personal and community development. This experience reinforced her commitment to making physical activity accessible to everyone, regardless of background or ability.

Lois is a passionate advocate for youth voice and participation. She has held seats on the FA National Youth Council, the Leicestershire and Rutland CFA Council and Inclusion Advisory Board, and served as Disability Officer for her local grassroots football club. These roles have deepened her belief in creating platforms where young people can share their perspectives and drive meaningful change.

Football runs through everything Lois does — she has played at a high level, coached across a variety of settings, and contributed to numerous committees and boards within the game.
