Tess is Head of Programme for Access Sport’s Changing Sports cycling and basketball programmes. These programmes provide access to sport across some of country’s the most underserved communities, delivering outreach to local schools, supporting community clubs to become more inclusive and delivering free-to-use community facilities. Tess also has oversight of project management across the charity.

Tess is committed to ensuring equality and diversity within sport and has over 10 years’ experience working in the sports industry. Tess started her career at LOCOG during the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics and then went onto work at the Tennis Foundation in disability development before joining Access Sport in 2014.

In her spare time, Tess enjoys spending time with her young family, cycling and going to the park, although her favourite activity is reserved for the winter as she is an avid skier.
