Why run for Access Sport?

By fundraising for us, you will support community sports clubs across the country, like Dulwich Tennis Club in South London with their disability inclusion programme.

Access Sport’s work in tennis focuses on filling a gap so disabled young people are no longer overlooked when it comes to participating in this terrific sport. Dulwich Tennis Club is a community club led by a team of volunteers and a Head Coach, Seb.

Our team partnered with the club in 2023 to launch pan disability Acez tennis sessions, and after a successful inclusive open day, sessions now run weekly with help from volunteers. Inspired by coaching these inclusive sessions, Seb ran the TCS London Marathon for Access Sport in 2025.

Sebastian Said:

"It was an incredible experience from start to finish. I had never seen such big crowds continually cheering on all the runners. I ran for Access Sport as I feel they are doing a wonderful job for a great cause. I truly believe in equality and for all kids to have access to sport opportunities is vital, in my opinion."
