Inclusive Club Network Shines Spotlight on UK Active Outdoors! "We were amazed by the incredible work they were already doing to ensure that everyone who came to their session could access archery" - Katie, Access Sport Every month, Access Sport's Inclusive Club Network celebrates one of its incredible clubs, coaches or volunteers by spotlighting the life-changing work they are doing in their community. This month, the Inclusive Club Network is excited to celebrate Bristol based club, UK Active Outdoors and their inclusive Archery sessions! Founded in 2013 by Simon and Tristan, UK Active Outdoors has built a fantastic reputation for delivering outdoor activities for people of all ages and abilities in and around Bath and Bristol. From the very beginning, their mission has been clear: to ensure everyone feels welcome and able to take part. When Access Sport's Bristol team first connected with Simon and Tristan, they were blown away by the creativity and commitment they were already bringing to make Archery accessible. One of the most inspiring aspects is that they design and build their own adaptive bows, removing barriers so that everyone has the opportunity to experience the joy of archery. Their innovation hasn’t stopped there - UK Active Outdoors continues to develop its equipment and sessions to make sure that every participant, regardless of ability, can take part and discover a love for the sport.
