Sign up to Race to the King on Saturday, 21 June 2025 in partnership with Workday and make a real difference in the lives of disabled and disadvantaged children across the UK.

Challenge yourself to complete the 50km loop through the stunning countryside of the South Downs whilst raising vital funds to help more disabled and disadvantaged young people access the life-changing benefits of sport.

What is Race to the King?
Race to the King is a unique 50km walk or run through the stunning South Downs National Park. Starting and finishing in the picturesque West Dean Gardens (PO18 0RX), this event offers the perfect balance of challenge and reward. Whether you’re walking or running, you’ll experience breathtaking views while pushing yourself to the limit, all in support of a fantastic cause.

Why take part?
At Access Sport, we believe in the power of sport to change lives. By signing up for Race to the King, you’re not only taking on a personal challenge, but you’re also helping to remove the barriers to sport faced by many children and young people across the UK. Your efforts will help us provide more inclusive sport opportunities for disabled and disadvantaged young people.

How much does it cost?
We are offering charity places for £35 per person, with a fundraising target of £350 per person. The funds raised will directly support our work providing disabled and disadvantaged children with access to inclusive sport – helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.
