Access Sport is excited to announce that the World Famous VeloPark, home to the London 2012 Olympic Games has launched BMXercise!

  • BMXercise is a fun, friendly and fitness-based BMX session for women, with no prior experience required!
  • Sessions running every Weds eve, 18:30 – 20:00
  • Qualified BMXercise coach leads sessions
  • Bikes, helmets, gloves are all provided, please wear long sleeves, trousers and suitable footwear
  • Pre-booking is essential, please book online here
  • All government Covid-19 measures are in place

All our sessions are designed to be suitable for all fitness levels and no previous BMX experience is needed. Our sessions are designed to be social and friendly! Even if you have never tried BMXing before we would urge you to give BMXercise a go! The vast majority of our BMXercisers haven't touched a BMX before coming along to a session.

BMXercise is a great addition to any BMX club and Access Sport is committed to supporting clubs around the country to start their own sessions.
