Coach will deliver the life-changing skill of cycling to over 5000 disadvantaged and disabled young people across the country

We are looking for a partner to help fund our cycling project - Coach – a project that will allow our cycling coaches to change the lives of over 5000 children in 2024.

By teaming up with us, you will be directly supporting our cycling coaches to deliver BMX sessions across the country that focus on engaging disadvantaged and disabled young people.

Often communities are excluded from cycling, with your support we can provide these overlooked young people with access to the life skill of cycling. Join us and help create life-changing cycling communities.

Through your support, we can hire more Cycling Delivery Managers, like Heidi. Coaching for 10 years, Heidi began by volunteering to lead social bike rides for women in her local community.

In her current role in Bristol, Heidi delivers fun and inclusive outreach sessions to schools across the city’s BMX tracks. Working with disabled and underserved young people, Heidi develops our riders' skills and confidence on a bike (and in life). Heidi also manages a local network of volunteers, developing their confidence and providing them with the tools needed to deliver inclusive BMX sessions.

Heidi’s true value in the community comes from her ability to create rider-centred sessions where young people feel empowered to improve their emotional and physical well-being. Heidi’s focus on choice and autonomy creates an environment where our young people can fully benefit from the life-changing sport of cycling.

By collaborating with us on this project, you will not only support Heidi in delivering more sessions to disadvantaged and disabled young people in the Bristol area but also expand our network of cycling coaches across the country.
